Pablo F. Lopez, Consulting CFO

Pablo currently serves as a Consulting CFO and strategic advisor to early- and mid-stage companies. In these roles, he leads the finance function, drives growth initiatives, develops complex financial models and forecasts, prepares investor presentations, conducts due diligence, and manages business risks.

Prior to PFL Partners, Pablo held senior finance roles at several internet, media, and entertainment companies.

Earlier in his career, he was an investment banker at Evolution Media Capital, where he executed M&A transactions, capital raises, and strategic investments across the media, entertainment, and sports sectors.

Pablo began his finance career at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in the Entertainment Industries Group, where he structured and executed debt financings for a wide range of film and television production companies.

He earned his MBA from Stanford University and graduated with honors from Harvard College. Pablo was born and raised in Los Angeles, where he currently resides.
